1. Agreement
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of iyonya app products, including İrade, SpamBye, Muslim Widgets and related websites. By using our apps, you agree to these terms.
2. Products
İrade provides Islamic lifestyle, prayer time, habit tracking, reminder, journaling and personal progress features. SpamBye provides SMS filtering and related privacy tools. Muslim Widgets provides Quran Arabic text and translations, verses, favorites, dhikr counters and configurable Home Screen widgets, plus Lock Screen widgets on supported Apple devices. Product availability and features may vary by country, device, operating system and app version.
3. No professional advice
Our apps are provided for general information, organization and productivity purposes. They are not a substitute for qualified religious, medical, psychological, legal, security or other professional advice. You are responsible for verifying important information.
Quran translations are interpretations and wording may differ between translators. Although we work to present content accurately, software, display or content errors may occur. Please verify passages that are important to you against a trusted Quran source and seek qualified guidance for religious questions.
4. SMS filtering, reminders and permissions
SpamBye may not detect every unwanted message and may occasionally classify a message incorrectly. İrade reminders, prayer times, qibla direction and health-related notes may depend on device settings, permissions, calculation methods and user input.
Muslim Widgets stores preferences, favorite verses, widget settings and dhikr data locally on your device. Notification access and any supported photo-library access are optional and requested only when you choose a related feature. Widget display and refresh timing may depend on iOS or Android settings and system scheduling.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree not to misuse the apps, interfere with their operation, copy protected content, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer where prohibited, or use our products unlawfully.
6. Purchases and subscriptions
Muslim Widgets offers weekly, monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions, as well as a one-time lifetime purchase. Eligible users may also see a separate limited-time annual offer. The price and billing period shown in the app immediately before purchase are the terms that apply to that transaction. No free trial is included unless one is explicitly shown by Apple App Store or Google Play on the purchase confirmation screen.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Play account when the purchase is confirmed. Auto-renewing subscriptions continue until canceled under the rules displayed by the applicable store. On Apple platforms, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid renewal; Apple may charge within 24 hours before that period ends. On Android, manage or cancel subscriptions through Google Play. Billing, cancellation and refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under the applicable store policies. Restore Purchases is available in the app for purchases made with the same store account.
Apple's standard end user license agreement may also apply: Apple Standard EULA . Google Play purchases are also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
7. Intellectual property
The iyonya app name, product names, app designs, logos, software, text and other materials are owned by iyonya app or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works except as allowed by law or with written permission.
Quran Arabic text, translations and other third-party content remain subject to the rights and attributions of their respective authors, translators, licensors or providers.
8. Availability
We may update, change, suspend or discontinue parts of the apps at any time. Some features may require internet access, device permissions, an active subscription or supported operating system versions. The currently available plans and features are displayed in the app before purchase.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The apps are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, iyonya app will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the apps.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our apps after changes means you accept the updated terms.
