1. Who we are
iyonya app develops and supports mobile applications including İrade, SpamBye, Muslim Widgets and VocabX. This policy explains how information may be processed when you use our apps, websites, or contact us for support.

2. Information our apps may process
Depending on the app and features you use, we may process:
- Device identifiers, app instance identifiers, diagnostics, crash logs and performance information.
- Purchase, subscription and entitlement status handled through Apple App Store or Google Play systems.
- Support messages, email address and attachments you choose to send us.
- For İrade: location permission for prayer times and qibla direction, reminder settings, habit entries, journal notes, health reminders, preferences and app usage events.
- For SpamBye: SMS filtering may process message text locally on your device to classify spam. SpamBye is designed so message content does not need to leave your device for filtering.
- For Muslim Widgets: preferences, favorite verses, widget settings and dhikr counter data are stored locally on your device.
- For VocabX: saved and learned words, custom word decks, quiz progress, learning goals, streaks, reminder preferences and widget settings are stored locally on your device and shared locally with its widget extension.
Muslim Widgets may request notification access and, on supported Apple devices, photo-library access only when you choose a feature that needs it. In iOS version 1.0.3 and on Android, the app uses Superwall to show available products, complete and validate store purchases, restore premium access, maintain subscription entitlements, and provide aggregate subscription analytics. Apple StoreKit processes iOS payments and Google Play Billing processes Android payments. Superwall may receive purchase history, transaction information, and automatically assigned pseudonymous installation and user identifiers, including a Superwall alias and Apple's identifier for vendor on iOS. These purchase and technical records can be associated with the same SDK identifiers; they are not fully anonymous. Muslim Widgets does not provide Superwall with your name, email address, or a custom account identifier. Superwall external data collection is disabled on Android and the Google Advertising ID permission is blocked. Service requests expose network information such as an IP address to the receiving provider. Superwall can derive approximate country, region, or city from an IP address and retain this approximate location with pseudonymous SDK identifiers in purchase and technical event records. Muslim Widgets does not request precise device location for this processing.
Muslim Widgets iOS version 1.0.2 uses Adapty for purchase verification, premium entitlements, purchase restoration, subscription analytics, and purchase support. Devices that continue to run version 1.0.2 may continue to send pseudonymous app-instance, purchase, entitlement, and related technical information to Adapty. Adapty may retain existing purchase and technical records for those purposes after a device updates to a version using Superwall; updating the app does not itself delete earlier Adapty records.
Muslim Widgets uses the TikTok Business SDK on iOS and Android to measure app installation, app launch, and completion of the initial onboarding flow. It does not send Quran reading, content-view, favorites, selected topics, dhikr activity, reminder content, plan-selection, checkout, purchase, trial, subscription, or revenue events to TikTok. Automatic purchase measurement, enhanced-data postbacks, retention measurement, and SDK monitoring are disabled. The purchase provider for each app version remains the purchase, subscription, and entitlement authority.
On iOS, direct TikTok event postbacks and IDFA access are enabled only after App Tracking Transparency authorization. If permission is denied, IDFA and direct event postbacks remain disabled, while Apple's SKAdNetwork may provide aggregate, privacy-preserving campaign attribution without identifying the user. On Android, the Google Advertising ID and Android Privacy Sandbox advertising permissions are blocked. The measured install, launch, and onboarding events do not contain Quran or devotional content.
Muslim Widgets also uses Meta App Events to measure app activation and automatically detected store purchase events for advertising campaigns. Meta can receive app-instance identifiers, product and transaction details, price, currency, event times, device/app/SDK metadata, and network information. Android Advertising ID collection is disabled. On iOS, advertising tracking follows App Tracking Transparency authorization. The iOS app also reports onboarding completion and paywall views using technical placement identifiers. The app does not add manual Meta purchase events or send names, email addresses, onboarding answers, or religious content to Meta.
On iOS and Android, the Meta SDK also sends crash reports to Meta to identify and fix SDK reliability problems. Reports can include a stack trace, failure reason, event time, device model, operating-system version, and app version. Android additionally sends app-not-responding (ANR) diagnostics. These reports support app functionality and reliability analysis, not advertising tracking, and may be retained for analysis rather than processed only in memory for a single request.
VocabX
VocabX uses Superwall and Apple StoreKit to display optional Premium products, complete and validate App Store purchases, restore access, maintain subscription entitlements, deliver remote paywall and offering experiments, and analyze purchase and technical events. Superwall may receive purchase history, product and transaction identifiers, entitlement state, paywall interactions, device and app information, and automatically assigned pseudonymous installation and user identifiers, including a Superwall alias and Apple's identifier for vendor. These records can be associated with the same SDK identifiers and are not fully anonymous. Requests expose network information such as an IP address; the provider may derive and retain approximate country, region or city with pseudonymous purchase and technical records. VocabX does not request precise device location, does not require an account, and does not provide a name, email address, custom account identifier, custom words, saved words, quiz or word-game answers, learning goals or reminder content to Superwall.
During onboarding, VocabX offers a separate, optional Apple App Tracking Transparency choice. Only if iOS authorizes access may Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA) be synchronized with Superwall for advertising measurement, such as understanding how people discover VocabX. If permission is not granted or is later revoked, the advertising identifier is unavailable or cleared. VocabX disables Superwall's device-fingerprint install-matching path and does not use another identifier to bypass your choice. No additional advertising measurement SDK is included. You can change tracking permission in iOS Settings. Your answer does not change access to learning, word games, widgets or optional purchases. Purchase history is processed for subscriptions and analytics, rather than advertising tracking.
The age, reason for learning and optional note you enter during onboarding stay in that welcome session and are not sent to Superwall or stored as an account profile. Encouragement based on your note is generated locally. Optional daily reminders are scheduled locally after you permit notifications. You may turn reminders off in VocabX or change notification permission in iOS Settings. Your saved words, learning progress and preferences remain on your device until you use available app controls to remove them or delete the app, subject to device backup settings. Purchase and technical records may be retained by Apple and Superwall for subscription management, support, analytics, security and legal obligations. You may contact info@iyonya.app for privacy requests involving data we or our service providers hold.

3. How we use information
We use information to operate, support and improve our products, including to:
- Provide app features, saved preferences, reminders, widgets, filtering and statistics.
- Maintain subscriptions, premium access and purchase restoration.
- Respond to support requests and investigate bugs or abuse.
- Improve stability, security, onboarding and product quality.
4. Tracking and analytics
Where permitted by your device settings and applicable platform rules, an app may use analytics, attribution, crash reporting or subscription management services. On iOS, tracking that requires permission is subject to Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can change permissions in iOS Settings or Android Settings.
Muslim Widgets does not display advertising. Purchase history and campaign-link data are used for app functionality, campaign attribution and aggregate purchase analytics. The app does not supply an account identity to its purchase or advertising measurement providers. The iOS app requests App Tracking Transparency permission solely for advertising measurement. If authorized, the IDFA and app-install, launch, onboarding-completion, paywall-view, and purchase events may be used to measure an ad campaign. If permission is denied, IDFA and direct TikTok event postbacks are not available; Apple's SKAdNetwork may still provide aggregate attribution. Muslim Widgets does not use device fingerprinting.
On iOS, tracking permission can be denied or revoked in iOS Settings. On Android, the app blocks access to Google Advertising ID and Android Privacy Sandbox advertising permissions. Purchase restores, subscription renewals, and entitlement checks are handled only by the purchase service described here and are not sent to TikTok.
5. Third-party services
We may use service providers for hosting, analytics, attribution, crash reporting, in-app purchase management, customer support, Apple App Store transactions and Google Play transactions. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services. We require every service provider that receives user data from our apps to provide the same or equivalent protection described in this policy and required by applicable App Store Review Guidelines. They may use that data only to deliver the services we have requested and must protect it using appropriate safeguards.
Muslim Widgets uses Superwall as its in-app purchase and entitlement provider in iOS version 1.0.3 and on Android. iOS version 1.0.2 uses Adapty, including continued processing and earlier records described above. Apple StoreKit processes iOS payments and Google Play Billing processes Android payments; the platform's purchase service shows products, completes and validates purchases, restores access, maintains entitlement status, and provides aggregate purchase analytics. Superwall external data collection is disabled on Android, and the Android Google Advertising ID permission is blocked.
Muslim Widgets uses TikTok Business SDK only for the limited install, launch, and onboarding-completion measurement described above. Automatic purchase, retention, enhanced-data-postback, and SDK-monitoring features are disabled, and Android Advertising ID and Privacy Sandbox advertising permissions are blocked. Quran and devotional content—including ayahs, reading history, favorites, selected topics, dhikr activity, and reminder content—is not sent to Superwall, Meta, or TikTok for attribution. Meta App Events measures app activation and automatically detected store purchase events as described above.
Optional Muslim Widgets iOS AI chat / Muslim Widgets iOS’ta isteğe bağlı AI sohbet
When you choose to allow AI sharing and send a message, the app sends that message, the recent conversation and your selected reply language through our Cloudflare-hosted server and OpenRouter to Alibaba Cloud (Qwen) to generate a reply. Questions you choose to type may contain religious or other personal information. Your stored profile, denomination or faith preferences, saved verses and app activity are not automatically included. Our server also receives Apple’s device-attestation information and verified purchase information to check that the device and Premium access are valid; these proofs are not sent to OpenRouter or the model provider. Network requests expose technical information, such as an IP address, to the receiving service.
The app keeps the current conversation in memory and allows you to clear it or withdraw AI sharing permission in AI privacy. Our AI gateway does not store chat messages or replies in its security and usage ledger. It retains pseudonymous device-verification records and usage or spending counters to protect access, prevent abuse and enforce limits. Clearing the conversation removes the app’s current copy. Withdrawing permission stops future AI sharing. Neither action erases information already processed by service providers. Provider retention and deletion practices apply to their copies, and processing may occur in countries other than yours. Contact the app’s privacy contact for requests involving records we hold.

In an app that links to this policy, if you separately and affirmatively permit this optional sharing, we may provide Apple with limited information when it requests data to review your in-app purchase refund. This may include transaction and product identifiers, purchase and access status, whether the purchase was delivered and worked properly, whether a sample or trial was available, a summary of the purchased content or service consumed where applicable, and our recommended refund outcome. Our purchase-management provider for the relevant app may transmit the response on our behalf. We share only information needed for that review, not SMS content (including blocked messages), phone contacts, journal entries, Quran or devotional content, location details, photos, or onboarding answers. SMS filtering content remains on your device.
This permission is separate from accepting our terms and from Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. You may refuse or withdraw it at any time by contacting info@iyonya.app. We stop future optional refund-review sharing when withdrawal is recorded; withdrawal does not undo earlier processing or prevent ordinary purchase validation and restoration. Apple makes the final refund decision and handles its copy under Apple's Privacy Policy. Requests to access or delete data held by Apple can be made at privacy.apple.com.

6. Retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for app functionality, legal compliance, dispute resolution, security, backups and support history. You may delete app-entered content from within the app where the feature allows it.
Muslim Widgets preferences, favorites, widget settings and dhikr data remain locally on your device until you remove them using available app controls or delete the app, subject to your device and backup settings.
7. Your choices
You can control permissions from your device settings, including location, notifications, SMS filtering and tracking permissions. You can also contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information associated with your support request or app usage where applicable.
For Muslim Widgets, notification access and any supported optional photo-library access can be reviewed or revoked at any time in iOS Settings or Android Settings. iOS tracking permission can be changed in iOS Settings.

Our apps are not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
