Help with Home Screen widgets, purchases, reminders, and local app data.

When contacting support, include your Android version, device model, launcher, app version, and a short description of what happened. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, private keys, or service-account files.

Add a Home Screen widget

  1. Touch and hold an empty area of the Android Home Screen.
  2. Choose Widgets.
  3. Find Muslim Widgets.
  4. Touch and hold a widget family, then place it on the Home Screen.
  5. Resize it if that family and launcher support resizing.

Android controls background scheduling and may adjust widget refresh timing to protect battery life. If a widget stops updating, open Muslim Widgets once and remove battery restrictions for the app if your device offers that setting.

Restore a purchase

Open Muslim Widgets with the same Google Play account used for the purchase, then choose Restore purchases on the premium screen. Confirm that Google Play is signed into the correct account and that the device is online.

Quran reminders

Notification permission is optional. You can change it in Android Settings → Apps → Muslim Widgets → Notifications. Battery restrictions can delay locally scheduled reminders; the app does not request exact-alarm access.

Reset local data

Use the reset option in Muslim Widgets or Android Settings → Apps → Muslim Widgets → Storage. Clearing storage or uninstalling removes local reading, favorite, dhikr, appearance, reminder, and widget state. It does not erase a purchase record held by Google Play.

When is Android AI chat available, and what is shared?

Android AI chat can send messages only when configured for the App. Before sending, you must allow AI sharing and have verified Premium or separately authorized AI reviewer access. Your message, selected chat language, and bounded recent conversation context go through our Cloudflare-hosted gateway to OpenRouter and Alibaba Cloud's Qwen service. Your profile and onboarding answers are not automatically attached. Provider retention may apply. Read the Android AI privacy details before entering personal information. An unavailable service or exhausted allowance does not grant access or send a message.

How do I report an objectionable Android AI answer?

When reporting is available, use Report beside the selected AI answer, choose a reason, then review and confirm the submission inside the App. Muslim Widgets receives the selected answer, reason, language, and signed receipt with the technical information needed to authenticate the report. Your question, full chat, and profile are not automatically attached; the answer may repeat something you typed, so check it first. Reports are kept in our private Cloudflare-hosted moderation inbox with a 30-day expiry and automated cleanup. A valid receipt allows a report even after Premium or AI reviewer access ends; reporting has separate limits and requires AI-sharing consent and your separate confirmation. Does clearing Android AI chat delete all AI records?

Chat text is held in the current App session rather than saved as on-device chat history. Clear chat removes the local conversation. Revoking AI sharing stops further chat and report submissions and clears the displayed conversation. These actions do not erase provider-held records, security or quota records, or an answer you already submitted as a report. For a privacy request, email info@iyonya.app without sending unnecessary conversation text. AI responses can be wrong; use the reporting control for objectionable content.
